The St. Barbara karner, i.e.cemetary chapel with an ossuary, was built together with the first phase of the St. Barbara Cathedral construction from the mid eighties of the 14th century. Since the 17th century has the chapel been in Jesuit possession and they consacrated it to the Corpus Christi and in 1797 was closed down and sold and transformed to n organ workshop of Jan Tucek, which has been there until the nineteen forties.
The Picture of the chapel used to be taken mainly in connection of those of St. Barbara Cathedral and there still has not been found any documentation only of the chapel itself till these days.
